My Scenario

I must admit that originally, a large part of the motivation for this particular purchase is my love of golf - and I plan on spending about a week a month down there golfing my brains out (my New Year’s Resolution…) – I just have to walk across the fairway from the Villa to the Clubhouse and the first tee.
